• Kava — 58.74 mg total kavalactones (dihydrokavain 19.90 mg, kavain + dihydromethysticin 12.64 mg, methysticin 9.17 mg, desmethoxyyangonin 7.40 mg, yangonin 7.36 mg)
• Lemon balm extract — 136.36 mg
• Passionflower extract — 90.91 mg
• L-Theanine — 90.91 mg
• Chamomile (apigenin derivatives 1.09 mg)

Important: this product contains kava

• Do not combine with alcohol.
• The FDA has issued a consumer advisory about rare reports of severe liver injury associated with kava-containing supplements. Do not use if you have liver problems or take medication that affects the liver, and stop use and see a doctor if you notice symptoms such as jaundice or dark urine.
