Pharma Blend is our own line rather than a brand we resell, which means we control what goes into it and what it costs. It comes in two formats and four flavor options, and the choice between them is more consequential than it looks.
The two formats
Pharma Blend 4G Disposable β $24.99
Four grams in a self-contained rechargeable device. Nothing else to buy. Four grams is a lot of product β for most people that is weeks rather than days, which makes storage between sessions worth getting right.
Pharma Blend 2G Cartridge β $19.99
Two grams in a standard 510-thread cartridge. It needs a battery, which you buy once and keep. That is the trade: a higher first purchase, then a lower cost per gram from then on, plus the ability to control voltage β which a fixed-output disposable will not let you do.

The four options
Three are named after strains, and one is not:
- Northern Lights β the classic indica-leaning name; expect an earthy, sweet, heavier character.
- Ghost Train Haze β a sativa-leaning haze profile, brighter and more citrus-forward.
- Sundae Driver β dessert-leaning, sweeter and creamier.
- Un Flavored β no added terpenes at all.
The unflavored option is the one worth explaining. Most cartridges have terpenes added back after extraction, which is where the strain names and flavors come from. Unflavored skips that step. The draw is close to neutral.
People pick it for three reasons: they want the effect without tasting anything in particular; flavored carts give them a headache, which some people find happens with certain terpene blends; or they find added terpenes turn harsh at higher temperatures. If any of that sounds familiar, try the unflavored one before you write off cartridges altogether.
How to run it
The single biggest lever is temperature, and it is the one most people never touch.
On the 2G cartridge with a variable-voltage battery: start at the lowest setting, around 2.4β2.8V, and step up only if the vapor is too thin. You can always add heat; you cannot un-burn a coil, and one that has been scorched will taste burnt for the rest of the cart's life even after you turn it down.
Draw slowly, for three to five seconds. A hard, sharp pull does not produce more vapor β it floods the coil with more oil than it can vaporise, and the excess condenses in the airway. That is what causes clogging.
Wait 20 to 30 seconds between pulls so the wick can re-saturate. Chain-hitting is the leading cause of burnt hits, ahead of any hardware fault.

If something goes wrong
Most "broken" devices are clogged, cold, or under-charged rather than faulty. Work through the troubleshooting checklist first. If none of it helps and the device is inside its first week of normal use, tell us β we would rather replace it than have you fight with it.
