TRE House Delta-9 Syrup: 13 mg a Serving, and How to Take It Properly
by HempSZN on Sep 26, 2026
TRE House Syrup is the hemp-derived THC product in our range: 30 mg Delta-8 and 13 mg Delta-9 per serving, 23 servings in a 4oz bottle, in Bussin' Berry or Watermelon Felon. $24.99.
Start with the number
13 mg of Delta-9 is a full dose for most people and a large one for anyone new to edibles. A typical starting dose in a regulated cannabis market is 2.5 to 5 mg. This is not a sipping product.
Add 30 mg of Delta-8 on top, which is milder per milligram but not nothing, and a single serving is a meaningful amount of THC.
How to take it
Start with half a serving and wait two full hours.
Twenty-three servings in a 4oz bottle means a serving is small — roughly a teaspoon. Measure it. Pouring by eye is how people end up with three times what they intended, and edible onset is slow enough that you won't find out for an hour.
Do not redose early. If nothing has happened at 45 minutes, that is normal and not a reason to take more.
What to expect
Relaxation, mood elevation, a body and head buzz, and at higher servings something mildly trippy. Onset is slow, duration is long — plan for an evening, not an hour.
Before you use it
- For adults 21 and over
- Do not combine with alcohol
- Not if pregnant or nursing
- Don't drive or operate machinery after use
- Consult a healthcare provider before use, particularly if you take prescription medication
- This will very likely cause a positive result on a THC drug test. If you are tested at work, do not take it
- Store away from children — it's a sweet syrup in a kitchen
Legal note
This is a hemp-derived product, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill at under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Federal rules for hemp-derived THC are changing. A redefinition passed in 2025 is currently set to take effect in December 2026 and would reclassify most products of this kind. If you buy hemp THC products regularly, that's worth following — and availability may change.

TRE House also makes a Magic Mushroom Syrup — same brand, same format, completely different contents and no cannabinoids at all. That guide is here. Check the label before you pour.
