Multi-dose means exactly that
A 7-gram bar is not a serving. It's a container of servings, and the booster bar is a separate gram again — intended for people who already know how the base bar affects them and want more.
If this is your first mushroom edible, this is the wrong product to start with. Start with a gummy pack, where one gummy is a natural unit, then come back to a bar once you know your response. We'd rather say that than sell you the bigger item.
If you're buying it anyway
One piece. Two hours. No exceptions. Onset is slow and varies between people. Redosing at the 30-minute mark is the most common cause of a rough experience with any edible, and it's a bigger risk here because there's so much bar in front of you.
Break the bar along its lines rather than by eye, and keep the booster in the wrapper until you've got a sense of the base.
